At the time of enrollment a schedule and start date need to be determined and a deposit paid in order to guarantee your child’s space. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit reserves a child’s spot, and a space is not guaranteed until WCC receives the deposit. Please refer to the current deposit policy and payment deadline. If you have questions regarding our deposit policy please speak with the Executive Director.
At the time of enrollment parents must sign a payment agreement, stating the days the child will attend WCC and who is responsible for paying the tuition bill. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. Payment is due on or before the 1st of every month. If a bi-weekly schedule is desired this can be arranged with the Executive Director. If tuition is paid bi-weekly, half of the monthly tuition payment is due by the 1st of each month and the second half is due by the 15th. Any late payments will result in a $15 late fee for every week the tuition bill is not paid.
The Center accepts subsidized funding for qualifying families. It is the family’s responsibility to apply for and renew this funding. It is also the family’s responsibility to pay any bills that are not completely funded by other sources.

Tuition Options
Realizing that families have differing abilities to pay, WCC is implementing a voluntary tiered pricing system starting in 2020. Families can choose between the following three options:
Price A is the lowest rate but falls short of meeting the operating costs of the center.
Price B helps bridge part of the estimated operating shortfall.
Price C gets closer to meeting the true costs of operation, helping WCC’s long-term viability.
Price D fully supports the estimated daily cost of operation for 2023 and reflects the loss of direct Federal and State financial support and increases in teacher benefits.
By choosing to pay a slightly higher amount, families can take an active role in supporting the true operating cost of WCC and support livable wages as well as increased professional development for the staff.
