At the time of enrollment a schedule and start date need to be determined and a deposit paid in order to guarantee your child’s space. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit reserves a child’s spot, and a space is not guaranteed until WCC receives the deposit. Please refer to the current deposit policy and payment deadline.
At the time of enrollment parents must sign a payment agreement, stating the days the child will attend WCC and who is responsible for paying the tuition bill. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. Payment is due on or before the 1st of every month. If a bi-weekly schedule is desired this can be arranged with the Executive Director. If tuition is paid bi-weekly, half of the monthly tuition payment is due by the 1st of each month and the second half is due by the 15th. Any late payments will result in a $15 late fee for every week the tuition bill is not paid.
The Center accepts subsidized funding for qualifying families. It is the family’s responsibility to apply for and renew this funding. It is also the family’s responsibility to pay any bills that are not completely funded by other sources. We are happy to help point you to the right resources.
If you have questions about anything please speak with the Executive Director.

2024 Tuition Options
Realizing that families have differing abilities to pay, WCC has a voluntary tiered pricing system. Families can choose between the following three options:
Price A is the base rate covering the basics of cost of care. This is the default tuition for families who do not select an alternative pricing tier.
Price B is closer to meeting the true costs of operation and helping ensure WCC’s long-term viability.
Price C supports the estimated daily cost of operation for 2024, reflecting budgeting uncertainty, teacher benefits and helping WCC's long-term viability.
By choosing to pay a slightly higher amount, families can take an active role in supporting the true operating cost of WCC and support livable wages and professional development for the staff, and WCC’s long-term financial viability.
