The Waitsfield Children’s Center Daily Tuition Rates
A deposit is due at the time of enrollment in order to reserve a spot at the Center. The deposit is equal to the amount of your child’s first two weeks’ tuition. Please refer to the current deposit policy and payment deadline. At the time of enrollment a schedule and start date need to be determined and a deposit paid in order to guarantee your child’s space. No space is secured until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be credited towards your last two-weeks of attendance as long as sufficient (2 weeks, written) notice is received by the Executive Director. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. A payment agreement must be signed at the time of enrollment, stating the days your child will attend the Center, and the daily fee for your child/children. Payment is due on or before the child’s first day of attendance each month. If you pay your bill bi-monthly, half of your monthly tuition payment is due on the first day of each month and the balance is due by the 15th of each month. If your child’s tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month a $5.00 late payment fee will be applied to your invoice. If your payment is more than two weeks behind an additional $5.00 per late fee will be applied to the tuition bill and your child will not be able to attend until you have paid your account balance in full. In order to avoid termination of services, a written payment plan must be arranged with the Executive Director. Failure to comply with the conditions of a payment plan will result in the termination of services. Any outstanding tuition is due even if your child(ren) is/are no longer attending the Center.
The Center accepts subsidized funding for qualifying families. It is the family’s responsibility to apply for and renew this funding. It is also the family’s responsibility to pay any bills that are not completely funded by other sources.
